**MICHAEL YOUNG x LOUSY – THE RAIN DANCE WATER BOTTLE** Hong Kong, December 3, 2024 – British designer Michael Young and Hong Kong artist Lousy proudly announce the launch of a crossover water bottle – the Rain Dance. This streets and product design - it's a clash of both worlds, and this is the brainchild. Lousy is a celebrated figure in Hong Kong's creative scene, known for stripping visual language down to its essence. His work is a celebration of life, filled with rhythm and bold colors that resonate with positivity and social consciousness. Michael Young believes in a mission to create a plastic-free future with M2O - a stylish and eco-friendly BPA-free bottle. The M2O water bottle has a uniquely designed shape and a slip- resistant and shockproof silicone sleeve. The shortage of drinkable water in the near future has inspired Lousy to create these graphics and animation of a rain dance, motivated by his love for tribal and primal art. Lousy hopes to convey the message of “let’s conserve water” through this collaboration with the M2O water bottle. This operation embodies two dynamic forces: art and design. One draws from the manufacturing excellence of GBA, while the other reflects the rich counterculture of Hong Kong, shaped by its unique heritage and creative dynamics.
