This theme will be divided into two activities
☁︎︎Session 1 - Making clay pots (about 120 minutes)
1. Hand-knead the pottery jar and lid (fixed range of sizes)
2. Overglaze painting
*The upper cover can be designed in the shape you like (with hemisphere as the main body)
*After about 4 weeks of firing, reservations for the second activity will be open.
☁︎︎Session 2 - Making scented candles (about 60 minutes)
You can choose to make soy candles with essential oils provided on site, or you can bring your own fragrant essential oils.
✿This work is made of porcelain clay and will be warm white after being fired naked.
✿The fee includes a clay pot work, fragrance and dried flower candles, material fees and kiln fees
✿After the work is completed, the studio will glaze it on your behalf. You can choose from three glaze colors for firing:
Transparent glaze
Matt white glaze
Bare firing on the outside + transparent glaze on the inside
✿Work size
Upper cover - 8 cm diameter hemisphere (customized shape)
Round can - 8 cm diameter, 9 cm high cylinder
*The first session of kneading is completed, and it will take about 4 weeks to bake. We will notify you after the completion of the firing, and reservations for the second session will be open at the end of January. If there is no suitable time slot during the opening hours and you need other time slots, please send a private message to the studio to make an appointment. After the firing is completed, the second session must be completed within five weeks.
