2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate contacts you, and your preferred date and time slot are secured.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after payment.
5. ART64 provides official receipts. If a company receipt with tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
