▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon order placement, the system will send an "E-ticket Notification."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the workshop location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Due to material preparation after order and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company's name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
