【Cancellation Policy】
● For domestic group or individual tours, cancellations made more than 31 days before departure will incur a 10% service fee of the total tour cost.
● Cancellations made between 21 to 30 days before departure will incur a 20% service fee of the total tour cost.
● Cancellations made between 2 to 20 days before departure will incur a 30% service fee of the total tour cost.
● Cancellations made 1 day before departure will incur a 50% service fee of the total tour cost.
● Cancellations made on the day of departure, late arrivals, unauthorized departures during the tour, and no-shows without prior notification are non-refundable.
● In the event of force majeure circumstances such as typhoons or heavy rain, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the activity due to safety concerns.
