The chic purple stone bead is ancient amethyst, unearthed in Afghanistan and approximately 2000 years old. It possesses a rich character with variations in color intensity, and its subtle imperfections, bearing the marks of time, evoke a sense of endearment. Its surface shows some marks, but these only enhance its unique charm. (Ancient crystal size: 0.5cm diameter) The blue beads are antique beads known as Indopacific beads. The origins of beads called Indopacific beads are said to trace back to the 2nd century BCE. These particular beads are excavated artifacts from Indonesia, dating as far back as the 10th century—over 1000 years old! The plump silver beads are individually handcrafted.
