Customization Process: 1. Send us your photos and text through Pinkoi's private message system. (We recommend sending a few favorite photos, and our customer service will help select the most suitable one for production.) Please also choose your preferred font. If the photo quality is average, we suggest using a hand-drawn portrait instead (the patterns shown in the product images are hand-drawn portraits, not actual photos). 2. We will create a draft design for your confirmation. If you are satisfied with the draft, please place your order. If not, please provide feedback for revisions. We will send you a revised draft for confirmation. Once satisfied, please place your order. If you are still not satisfied, the service will conclude without any charges.
