We diligently select stones for production, aiming to minimize inclusions like ice cracks, natural lines, or mineral cavities, but cannot guarantee 100% perfection for every bead. If this is not acceptable, please refrain from ordering. Secondly, each batch of natural stones possesses unique characteristics. Even within the same type of crystal or gemstone, variations arise depending on the mine location and the time of extraction. If you are unable to accept color variations, please do not place an order. Thirdly, production and shipping within Taiwan typically take about a week. If you have specific time constraints, please communicate with us via message. Fourthly, please measure your wrist circumference accurately.
