If the bracelet comes undone or breaks during wear, the cord can be replaced free of charge (only return shipping fees apply). ● If the cord becomes worn and needs replacement due to prolonged wear, a service fee of $100 NTD will be charged for the cord replacement, plus return shipping fees. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and service fee of $200 NTD will be charged, plus return shipping fees (main charms or special accessories are not included and will be quoted separately based on the design).
