No physical tickets will be issued. The following policies apply: . In accordance with the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan, refunds are based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education and Article 33 of the Regulations for Management of Short-Term Tutoring Classes. A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total tuition fee will be refunded. B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total tuition fee will be refunded. C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total tuition fee will be refunded. . Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund. . For same-day cancellations, no refunds or reschedulings will be accepted as materials and venue arrangements have already been prepared by the instructor. No-shows will be considered forfeitures. . To protect the rights of other participants, arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time without prior notice will be considered a forfeiture. . For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. ・This activity is open to individuals aged 10 and above. ・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special circumstances where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire. ・If the minimum number of participants (6 people) is not met two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a change of date or a full refund. ・Please arrive punctually for the event. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea. ・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or refunds. ・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media.
