For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the commencement date, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded. B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the commencement date, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded. C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the commencement date, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded. . Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you actively notify us of your chosen session. Failure to notify will be considered a forfeiture of the right to reschedule. If you cannot align with the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund. . For cancellations on the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been finalized, no refunds or reschedulings will be accepted. Participants who do not show up will forfeit their registration. . To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture. .
