・Sanitary equipment, public facilities, and spaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected
・All colleagues working in Nashan and Nagu have undergone a quick screening test before entering the park
・All guests must measure body temperature, wear masks, sanitize their hands, and fill out a health declaration form before entering the park
・The camping tent will use ultraviolet germicidal lamps to clean the environment and protect your accommodation safety
・Only 4 people are allowed per room
・Please cook and eat by yourself for each account of the fresh food package provided (no shared food)
・Please wear a mask at all times except eating and drinking in the tent area
・No more than 10 tourists per vehicle entering the park

・Nashan Nagu provides stable 24-hour hot water and a large bathroom with dry and wet separation, and each room comes with shower gel and shampoo. Hair dryers are also provided on the dressing table for dew friends to use (do not use hair dryers in the camp area)
・ Remember to fill in the participant information after registration so that the organizer can apply for insurance
・Ouchu fresh food lazy bag menu changes according to seasons, and may be adjusted to match local seasonal ingredients
・If the time of rafting is not at 09:00, other echelon experience will be planned separately. Nashannagu reserves the right to modify this activity
・A set of cassette stoves and a bottle of gas tank are provided for each account. If you have additional cooking needs, you can prepare your own gas tank

**｜Cancellation Policy｜**
After the room deposit/total amount has been paid, if the passenger needs a refund due to personal reasons, the cancellation time and refund ratio will be calculated according to the following, and the refund will be refunded after deducting a single refund fee (NT$50).
After the passenger has paid the total amount of the room fee, if a refund is required due to personal factors, it will be calculated according to the following cancellation time point and refund ratio.
・If the passenger's cancellation notice arrives before the third day before the scheduled accommodation date, the operator shall refund 100% of the total amount of the pre-paid agreed room rate.
・If the passenger's cancellation notice arrives between the first day and the second day before the scheduled accommodation date, the operator shall refund 50% of the total amount of the pre-paid agreed room rate.
・If the passenger's notice of cancellation arrives on the day of the scheduled stay or if the notice of cancellation is not received, the operator may not refund the total amount of the pre-paid agreed room rate.
