| Coffee flavor test
⊝ Powder: You can feel the elegant jasmine fragrance
⊝ Inject water: you will smell the aroma of lemon peel and citrus at first
⊝ Entrance: Drink it hot and you will feel the sweet and sour taste of citrus.
⊝ Medium temperature: When the temperature drops slightly, you can taste the peach & lychee-like fruit aroma
⊝ Low temperature: After cooling, it tastes like brown sugar and coffee flowers.
Inspector KW’s comments: This Geisha is the strongest batch I’ve tasted this year, not inferior to Panama’s Red Label Geisha. The price of Panama’s Red Label Geisha is about 2.5 times that of this one. In short, it’s highly recommended!!!

| Introduction to the manor
This estate was founded in 1922 by Tollef B. Monniche, who invented a special wet and dry processing plant and created the "sifon" siphon coffee cherry processing system. The manor is located in the Baru Volcano area of Boquete, at an altitude of more than 1,600 meters, enjoying unique climate conditions and abundant rainfall. The harvesting period is carefully planned, and the washing and sun-drying processes are carefully monitored to give the coffee an excellent flavor.
The estate has a long tradition of growing high-quality coffee and is also a famous eco-lodge, and this income supports ecological conservation. More than 500 species of birds inhabit the surrounding tropical rainforest, making it a very natural environment.
