Avoid storing carbonated beverages in jugs that can cause high pressure. It can put too much pressure on the cap, making it easier for your drink to spill when you uncap it. Can I put the kettle in the microwave, dishwasher or freezer? Do not put the kettle in the microwave. Stainless steel will resist heating your beverage and may even damage your microwave. Do not put the jug in the dishwasher. Too high a dishwasher temperature will affect the insulation performance of the kettle. The jug keeps drinks cool all day so you don't need to put it in the fridge. Doing so may damage the vacuum seal. What should I do to prepare for the first use?
