Charles Jourdan A distinguished Parisian fashion house founded in 1919, renowned for its classic bag designs from the 1960s-1980s in France. Compared to the previous snake-embellished bucket bag, this piece offers a more understated and minimalist aesthetic, yet its quality remains exceptional. Crafted from full-grain leather, it boasts a lustrous sheen. The side features a subtle, semi-raised embossed CJ logo, while the other side allows for adjustable strap length, enabling conversion between shoulder and crossbody wear, and includes a small pocket. The hardware is bright and free of oxidation, with the metal rings on both sides engraved with "Charles Jourdan." The fabric lining is clean, featuring a single compartment and a small inner pocket. It's spacious enough to hold items like a water bottle or a novel. The bag is in excellent overall condition, with only a few faint scratches on the CJ side; other areas are in like-new condition.
