Place your order and pay: Select your preferred perfume bottle and complete the payment. 2. Contact the Designer: Communicate with our designer to discuss the text or pattern you wish to have engraved, personalizing your perfume bottle. 3. Confirm the Draft: The designer will provide a draft for your confirmation before proceeding with the engraving. 4. Send your Perfume: Please prepare your perfume and send it via courier or deliver it in person. 5. Return or Collect After Engraving: Once the engraving is complete, we will return it to you based on your selection or arrange for self-pickup. A gentle reminder: * The customization price does not include the perfume; please provide your own. * This engraving service link is exclusively for users in Hong Kong. * For dark or special colored perfume bottles, please contact the designer first to confirm engraving feasibility. * The customization price will vary depending on the complexity of the engraving; please communicate with the designer beforehand. * We will complete the engraving within 5 working days of receiving the perfume. About Customization: Scope: Perfume bottle - Text engraving Artwork: If you cancel the order after the draft is provided, a design fee will be charged: Draft Fee $150, Portrait Design Fee $100/person Text: Limited to 200 English letters or 50 Chinese characters (more letters will result in smaller font size; Japanese, Korean, and numbers are acceptable) Photos: Clear half-body/full-body photos. Portrait drafts are drawn based on photo resemblance, so please choose your photos carefully. Drawing: A draft will be provided after payment. Minor adjustments are allowed. Redrawing with a changed photo or canceling the order after the draft is created will incur a draft fee. For designs exceeding two people, an additional fee of $100/person applies. Engraving: By default, all labels will be removed, and the front will be engraved. An additional $100 is required for different engravings on the back. Colors can be gold/silver. Adding other colors can be discussed, with an additional $50 fee per extra color. Timeframe: The work will be completed within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after the draft is confirmed.
