Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production. We consider these normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that reflects the owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between batches due to different import times or storage durations. Even on the same hide, the leather's texture and dye absorption can differ across various parts. Colors will not be identical between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
