Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations and scratches may occur, which we consider normal unless the leather surface is damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to machine-produced perfect items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather develops personal scratch marks, darkens, and gains a sheen, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, which makes each leather product uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying dye absorption. Colors will not be consistent between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please specify your custom requests such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font" when ordering. If no specifications are provided, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer's choice of "stitching color" and that the "embossed text" will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not subject to an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
