- Logistics & Delivery: Shipping from Taiwan requires an initial transit in Taiwan before being sent to Hong Kong. Delivery to Hong Kong typically takes approximately 4-6 business days (actual time may vary based on logistics status).
- Remaining Shelf Life Upon Arrival: Upon receipt, the estimated shelf life at room temperature will be approximately 1-3 days. Please consume as soon as possible after receiving.
- Tip for Extending Shelf Life: Freeze for 30 days. We recommend placing the product directly into the freezer upon receipt. You may also pre-slice it into desired portion sizes for each serving. To enjoy, remove from the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature for about 2-3 hours to restore its delicious texture. (Do not refreeze).
