No anti-foaming agent has been added. If shaken too vigorously during photography, bubbles may form. Please swirl gently rather than shaking up and down. Volume: 15ml Paper used for swatching: Tomoe River paper Sheen refers to the metallic sheen that forms as the ink dries. Shading refers to the variation in ink density during writing. Chromatography refers to the multi-colored gradient after the ink is applied. All ink effects are inherent and do not require external force or dilution with water. Ink Precautions: This is a handmade ink, crafted from scratch using imported cosmetic-grade dyes from the UK. Please understand the characteristics of handmade inks, which still differ from commercially available branded inks. If a color is replicated, it may not be an exact match. As handmade inks cannot match the specifications of commercial products in terms of preservatives and other additives, their composition is relatively more natural. Therefore, to avoid contamination and mold, it is best to refrain from directly filling fountain pens or using dip pens with these inks. Please be aware that unboiled tap water contains various unseen bacteria. While generally harmless, prolonged exposure can lead to changes in the ink over time. If you intend to use a dip pen, please ensure the pen is thoroughly dried after washing, or use distilled or boiled water as your cleaning solution. ----------------------------- All inks have undergone the following tests: Settling → Filtering → Filling into an F-nib fountain pen → Settling for one month. The images have been adjusted as much as possible to minimize the influence of paper color. However, ink colors may vary due to differences in screens, photography techniques, paper types, and pen nib widths. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to color discrepancies. ------------------------------ This ink contains shimmer. My handmade inks use pearl powder of 800 mesh or higher. The shimmer may not be comparable to other handmade inks that emphasize color intensity. Fountain pens with F nibs or larger can be used for temporary filling. However, please refrain from using them with high-value fountain pens. All inks are free of binders. If you desire a thicker consistency for easier use with dip pens, Arabic gum powder is available for purchase in the add-on section. However, it is common knowledge that adding shimmer to fountain pens is not recommended due to the risk of clogging. If the ink will be left unused for an extended period, please clean the ink thoroughly to prevent blockages. If you are filling a fountain pen and wish to avoid shimmer, do not shake the ink. Only draw ink from the upper layer. Once the ink is dry, the shimmer may rub off when touched. For artwork, it is recommended to preserve it by applying a protective art spray. The inks I produce should not be mixed with each other to prevent sedimentation. ----------------------------- The fragrances used in the inks are food-grade flavorings. The scent is only fragrant during writing and cannot be preserved on paper long-term. **As inks are liquids, I am unable to ship them overseas directly. Please do not complete your checkout directly.
