About Washi and PET Tapes 1/ PET tapes have a slight texture, while Washi tapes have a smoother finish. 2/ The unprinted areas of PET tapes are transparent, making them easy to cut out and more forgiving for collage beginners. Washi tapes are opaque. 3/ PET tapes feature white ink, offering better opacity compared to Washi tapes, reducing show-through. 4/ PET tapes offer a degree of water resistance, whereas Washi tapes are not waterproof. 5/ The special oil effect on PET tapes generally appears brighter, while the effect on Washi tapes provides a richer, more layered feel. Please Note Before Purchase 1/ There may be slight color variations between the actual product and the images; the actual color prevails. 2/ Minor imperfections at the tape's seal, such as uneven cuts, incomplete patterns, or residual adhesive, are normal. 3/ Slight shifts (within 1mm) in the special oil effect are within normal parameters. 4/ Washi tape is a thin, semi-translucent paper with a naturally slightly yellowish hue, not pure white.
