》Precautions ● Made of solid wood, each piece of wood has slightly different textures, and some materials are recycled from discarded wood. It is difficult to guarantee that there will be minor flaws, but they will not affect the actual functionality. Please consider it yourself. ● Please wear clothes that are easy to move around and resistant to stains on the day of class. ● Each registrant is limited to one accompanying person. If additional members want to enter the venue's castle play area, an additional cleaning fee of $50/person will be charged. ● Side shots (photos or videos) will be taken during the experience, and will be published to the "Musaku Moriwa Related Fan Page" after the course. If students do not want to be photographed, they can proactively inform them before the course. ● The course will only start after 6 people have registered. If the class does not start successfully during the order time, we will contact you to arrange other time slots. 》Cancellation method ● If students are unable to attend due to natural disasters or personal reasons, they can contact us to change the class time. If cancellation or refund is required, a handling fee of 30% of the course fee will be charged. ● Cancellations and refunds are not allowed within 3 days before the course experience. ● If a student is unable to attend due to personal reasons and fails to proactively contact the designer, no refund or cancellation will be issued. 》Change method ● The date can be changed once 3 days before the trial date. ● Rescheduling is limited to activity plans with the same price, and can only be changed to open bookable periods on the calendar. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted for rescheduled events. ● If you want to change the number of people, please contact us at least 3 days before the trial date.
