After washing, wipe dry and then unfold the mat to air dry in a cool, ventilated area. 【Precautions】 * EPR products function the same as regular products. However, due to variations in color and type of recycled plastics, issues such as inconsistent porosity and color may occur. Surface pores are a natural phenomenon resulting from the compression molding of recycled materials and are not considered defects. * Surface pores on bio-based material products are a natural phenomenon resulting from the compression molding of natural grain flour and bamboo powder, and are not considered defects. - Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high-temperature environments to prevent shortening the product's lifespan or causing deformation. - Minor air bubbles or indentations may appear during the foaming process; this is a normal occurrence and not a defect. - New products may have a slight odor. It is recommended to place the mat in a cool, ventilated area, and the smell will naturally dissipate. - While efforts have been made to accurately represent product colors, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences. Please refer to the actual product for the most accurate representation. - All items are inspected before shipment. If any creases occur during transit, they should naturally disappear after approximately 3 days of resting. 【Usage Recommendations】 - Before first use, you can rinse with clean water or wipe with a damp cloth for a cleaner and more comfortable feel. - When storing, it is recommended to lay the mat flat. Avoid prolonged vertical storage to prevent product deformation. 【Shipping and Delivery Process】 I. Taiwan Area 1. Home Delivery (Hsinchu Logistics): For in-stock items, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Delivery takes 1-3 business days. Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (no Sunday delivery). You can add a note to your order specifying your preferred delivery date and time, and we will relay this to the logistics company. Delivery is subject to the actual delivery schedule of the carrier. Nighttime delivery and carrying items to upper floors are not provided. Please be mindful of the delivery time and watch for calls from the driver to avoid missing your delivery. 2. Home Delivery (Post Office): For special circumstances (e.g., outlying islands) or locations with specific shipping charges (e.g., mountainous areas, schools), items will be sent via postal mail without prior notification. 3.
