🌸Japan has the largest ceramic output
Specialty in fine tableware - Mino ware
🏮Mino-yaki from Gifu Prefecture (Toki City, Tajimi City, Mizunami City, and Kani City) in Japan is one of the oldest local kiln-fired ceramics in Japan. Mino ware has a long history of making tableware, dating back to the 14th century. Today, about 60% of Japan's domestic ceramic tableware is Mino ware, and its output ranks first in the country.
Known for its simple design, natural materials, and elegant shapes, Mino-yaki tableware is considered one of Japan's finest ceramics. It is characterized by pure color, fine texture and smooth glaze. It is a high-end tableware among Japanese ceramic tableware. In 1988, it was officially designated as a national traditional handicraft.
🎁This is a set of hand-made coffee cups and plates. The irregular edges and thickness make it a unique work. The surface is painted with a traditional Japanese pattern - Qinghai wave. The bottom of the plate is not glazed or painted to reveal the texture of pottery. Every corner of the cup body is carefully painted with patterns, and the imperfect connections show the characteristics of hand-painted paintings. Use it to taste coffee and feel the warmth and little surprises of life~✨☕
