Hammered brass tea spoon "Tsubu"

This is a brass teaspoon with a hammered pattern. Brass with a leaf motif I created a hammered pattern and then hammered it into shape. It's also interesting to see how it darkens and deepens over time. Size: Approx. 42 x 75 x 12 mm Brass/pure copper is said to have good thermal conductivity, antibacterial properties, and be hygienic. For everyday use, simply wash with a mild detergent. It is also interesting to see the color deepen and dull over time. To restore it to its original shine, gently scrub it with baking soda and toothpaste. Wipe off any moisture and allow to dry thoroughly. *Please be careful as acids and alkalis may cause the black dye/verdigris to discolor or fade. *Please be careful as it may get scratched if rubbed against the bottom of a ceramic utensil. *Please note that there may be unevenness or small scratches due to oxidation.
