About Washi and PET Tapes 1/ PET tapes may have a slight texture, while Washi tapes have a smoother finish. 2/ The unprinted areas of PET tapes are transparent, making it easier to cut out designs, which is more beginner-friendly for collage artists. Washi tapes are opaque. 3/ PET tapes feature white ink, making them less prone to show-through compared to Washi tapes. 4/ PET tapes offer a degree of water resistance, while Washi tapes are not waterproof. 5/ The "special oil" effect on PET tapes appears brighter overall, whereas the "special oil" effect on Washi tapes offers a richer sense of depth. Please Note Before Purchasing 1/ There may be slight color variations between the actual product and its depiction; the actual color is the standard. 2/ Imperfect cutting at the tape's seal, incomplete patterns, and adhesive residue are normal occurrences. 3/ Slight displacement of the "special oil" effect within 1mm is considered normal. 4/ Washi tape is a thin, semi-transparent paper that is inherently slightly yellow, not pure white.
