To foster a closer connection between the public and the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, transforming it into a museum for everyone, the "Mr.Art" mascot was conceived and designed. His head is adorned with a symbol of the museum's landmark – the sculpture "Yuan" by artist Li Tsai-ling – which also represents the illuminating spark of artistic inspiration.
