**Course Session Details**
A. Please prioritize fixed time slots for classes. In special circumstances, sessions can be postponed or rescheduled to another available time.
B. Courses operate on a session deduction system, allowing for flexible scheduling based on individual needs.
All sessions must be completed within six months from the date of the first class.
For example: If the first class is on March 1, 114 (year), the usage period for sessions ends on September 30, 114 (year).
C. To safeguard your rights, absence notifications must be registered in the LINE group at least three days in advance to facilitate course adjustments and arrangements.

◆ If you are unable to attend the class after successful registration due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be provided. You are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, you must provide notice three days in advance, and rescheduling is limited to one modification.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or lateness exceeding 30 minutes will be considered a forfeiture of the session, with no option for rescheduling or refund.

◆ In the event of a natural disaster reaching the level requiring class suspension as announced by the administrative department, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund in accordance with regulations.
◆ By participating in the course, you agree to abide by the activity rules and regulations outlined in these notes.
◆ To participate in this course, you must provide your name and contact phone number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide accurate and complete information will prevent participation.
◆ During the course, the studio may take photos and videos as needed, which may be uploaded to social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram after the event. Photos and images containing your likeness may be used for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff via private message or in person, and we will take special care and make arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and utilization and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties. We will automatically delete the personal data you have provided within one month from the start date of the course. You may request to inquire, review, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, as well as request to cease the collection, processing, utilization, or deletion of your personal data, before the deletion date.
