Gently slide the ear cuff down from the thinner part of the upper ear. If it doesn't fit, slightly widen the gap. 2. Once slid to your desired position, lightly pull it to check if it's secure. If it comes off easily, gradually narrow the gap to adjust. 3. Once adjusted to your perfect fit, you can wear and remove it without needing to readjust the gap each time.
