**Genuine leather originates from animal hides, making each piece unique. Artificial leather is processed differently in steps like coloring to achieve a genuine leather texture. While we handle leather with care, minor imperfections such as scratches, wrinkles, indentations, or spots are natural and should not be considered defects.**
**Returns & Exchanges**
The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
1. Items that have been washed, used, or damaged due to personal reasons.
2. Exceeding the return period (within 7 days of customer receiving the item).
3. Certain sale items and gifts.
**Returns**
If an item is damaged before use or if we ship an incorrect item, we will arrange the following:
A full refund of the amount paid for the item and shipping costs to the customer's payment account.
Or
We will arrange to reship a new item for exchange.
Refund the amount paid for the item to the customer's payment account.
**Exchanges**
Subject to availability, we accept one exchange for the same style in a different size.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will arrange to reship a new item for exchange.
If the product is out of stock, we will refund the amount paid for the item.
