▪ Photos are of actual products, but each flower is a unique natural material and may vary due to flower condition, climate, season, cultivation, etc. Materials may not be 100% identical to the images.
▪ As floral materials are seasonal, if an item is out of stock, we will select the most suitable alternative while maintaining the color scheme and overall aesthetic.

**/. Product Description & Care ./**
▪ Flowers must be kept dry, away from humidity and direct sunlight. They are best placed in air-conditioned rooms or environments with humidity below 60%.
▪ To remove dust, gently brush with a soft brush or use a hairdryer on a low heat, low speed setting.
▪ It is normal for the flowers to gradually fade and weather over time.
▪ Preserved flowers are fresh flowers treated with special techniques to retain their vibrant colors. They can last for 2-3 years depending on individual care.
▪ Dried flowers are fresh flowers naturally air-dried. They can last for about six months to a year. To prevent mold, keep the environment dry, perhaps by using a dehumidifier. If mold appears due to moisture, wipe with alcohol.

▪ Each class requires a minimum of 1 person to form a class, with a maximum of 10 people. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you may choose another date or receive a full refund.
▪ Cancellations made seven days before the class starts will receive a 50% refund or the option to collect the material kit (delivery fees apply if shipping is requested).
▪ Cancellations made within seven days before the class starts are non-refundable (e.g., for a class on 11/18, notifications made after 11/13).
▪ To maintain the quality of the class, please do not bring guests.
