Please be mindful of color transfer, especially when new. Avoid wearing it with white clothing when you first start using it. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are left on the surface and back. This natural leather, intentionally crafted to showcase its inherent qualities, results in a unique piece with its own distinct character. ◾️ Color Variation Leather finished only with dyes, without the use of pigments, is difficult to color-match, inevitably leading to color variations. There will be inconsistencies even within the same color batch. This is the characteristic charm of natural leather, achieved through dye finishing. ◾️ Variations in Texture and Grain Grain refers to the wrinkled pattern on the leather's surface. Even on a single hide, some areas will have more pronounced grain than others. These differences are part of the appeal of natural leather. ◾️ Italian Leather Mark, Number Indicating Leather Size The numbers on the back are a mark of Italian leather, indicating the size of the hide. Each number is printed once per hide and has a distinctive aesthetic. As it is printed on a high-quality section, it is left as is. Therefore, it may occasionally appear on the product. Personally, I find items with these numbers appealing. ◾️ Water Stains Leather can absorb water, leading to stains. If it gets wet, wiping it dry as soon as possible can prevent stains. Applying Renapur Leather Treatment can provide water-repellent effects. ◾️ Strae These are the streaks and wrinkles that appear in areas of intense stretching due to movement. They are a unique characteristic of natural leather and are not indicative of cracking or splitting. ◾️ Luxurious All-Leather Construction Without Lining Typical leather goods are made by bonding thin leather with core materials for strength, and often have linings inside. However, unlike leather, linings can degrade over time, becoming sticky or peeling. To ensure longevity, this product is crafted using only thick, strong leather without any lining. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used at LADIES&GENTLEMEN will develop a more beautiful, lustrous, and deep patina over time with oil-based maintenance. For bags, apply oil approximately once every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Renapur, available in our online store. Renapur is a leather treatment that conditions, adds shine, and repels water. Small leather goods, due to frequent handling, will naturally develop a lustrous color without the need for additional treatment. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product.
