Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear wires and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the common nickel-chromium alloy found in mass-produced items, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing the earrings, it may be due to several factors: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual body constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the material of the ear wire is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for clarification, which can help protect both parties' rights. Since we started making accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and to date, no customer has reported allergic reactions. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate acrylic creations. These are entirely handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday conditions (such as humidity, rain, and sweat). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long will it take to ship after I place my order? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays (as we may be at market events). As we participate in market events and the post office does not deliver on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
