Since the items are shipped fully assembled and secured, the boxes are usually quite large. We will thoughtfully wrap them with bubble wrap and other protective materials to prevent damage during transit. (II) For products requiring self-assembly, due to the precision machinery required for custom sizing, pipe cutting, and threading, some exposed threads at the joint areas of the pipes are normal. (III) The junctions where iron pieces overlap or connect are welded. Weld marks are considered normal. (IV) Customizing different sizes requires a separate quote based on the specific requirements. Please note that the grain, color, or distribution of wood knots in the wooden boards cannot be perfectly uniform. Pine wood products are naturally softer, and minor details or scratches are easily acquired during production or shipping, which cannot be completely avoided. (V) Customized items typically require a waiting period. If the lead time is extended or shortened due to raw material availability, the actual situation will prevail. For urgent requests, please communicate with the designer in advance. However, to ensure quality, we do not accept rush orders. We apologize for any inconvenience. (VI) The customer must fully confirm all customization requirements before payment. Once production begins after checkout and payment, no further modifications can be made unless the customer agrees to bear the cost of material waste. While the wood surface is treated with protective varnish or wood oil, the protective coating primarily regulates moisture and offers resistance to wear, stains, and light splashes, but it is not waterproof.
