A: Delivery dates are available from Monday to Saturday (Saturday delivery is for noon only). We recommend delivery one or two days before the celebration. Place the cake in the refrigerator to thaw the day before the celebration. Q: Can I pick up at a convenience store? A: We do not currently offer convenience store pickup or cash on delivery. We use Black Cat's low-temperature frozen home delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is required? A: Please provide a pet photo that does not crop the ears or face for the best results! 【Ordering Information】 • Cakes should ideally be ordered 10-15 days in advance. If you are unable to meet this timeframe, please message us to inquire about availability for your celebration date. • Cakes are delivered frozen and require thawing time. Please schedule delivery for one or two days before the celebration, not on the celebration day itself. • Orders for fondant figurines are updated daily based on the monthly order volume. Delivery can be scheduled within the selected date range. • As these are custom-made cakes, production begins only after payment is completed. If payment is overdue and the order is canceled by the system, it will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation, and no production will be arranged. • If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request at least seven days before the original delivery date. If your pet is allergic to these ingredients, you can opt for "Mashed Sweet Potato" for piping instead. Cakes piped with mashed sweet potato cannot have writing, and color/style choices will be limited to the natural sweet potato color. 【Cake Base Ingredient Description】 • For "Dogs": Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds • For "Cats": Meat + Dried Fish Flakes + Chia Seeds • If there are no allergens, both dog and cat cakes can be enjoyed by all pets. • The cake base will be filled into molds to ensure the correct portion. The amount of moisture lost during baking may vary with each batch. The "Size & Serving Guide" in the listing is for reference only. 【Color Palette and Style】 • Piping colors are achieved using natural fruit and vegetable powders. • Please specify your desired style and color palette in the remarks section when ordering. (If no remarks are made, we will choose a combination for you.) Cookies are randomly paired. • Due to varying sensitivities to color tones among different designers, only color palettes can be selected. The depth of color within each palette will be determined by the designer. 【Thawing Instructions】 • We recommend refrigerating the cake for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If it is still frozen, allow it to thaw at room temperature or use a microwave on a "low power" setting. Consume within 2-3 days. • Thawing at room temperature takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some water may appear during this process, which is normal. • For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap collar will be placed around the cake during shipping. Please remove this collar while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. • When refrigerating or freezing the cake, keep it inside the cake box. This prevents the cake from drying out due to direct exposure to the cold air in the refrigerator, which can cause severe cracking on the surface. 【Shelf Life】 • When received frozen, the cake can be stored in the freezer for 15-20 days. Refrigerated, it can be stored for 2-3 days. 【About Fondant Figurines】 • Fondant figurines can only be purchased as an add-on when buying a cake; they are not sold separately. • Figurines are custom-made to resemble the pet's appearance and fur color. Our custom figurine style is cute and chibi-like. • Fondant figurines are made from fondant, which consists of a large amount of sugar. They are not recommended for pets to consume. • Upon receiving the figurine, you can let it sit at room temperature. It may feel sticky due to condensation, but it will gradually dry out over time. • Storage: Once the figurine has dried, store it in a cool, dry place. 【Shipping Information】 • Black Cat low-temperature home delivery incurs a shipping fee of NT$160. • For deliveries to outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island), please inform us separately, as shipping fees differ from those for the main island. • The following areas are excluded from parcel delivery services: Penghu County (Huxi Township - Huxi Island, Tongpan Island), Wang'an Township, Qimei Township; Baisha Township (Dacang Island, Yuanbei Island); Kinmen County (Lieyu Township - Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wuchiu Township; Taitung County (Green Island); Diaoyutai Islands, Dongsha Islands, Nansha Islands. • Cake delivery carries inherent risks. The risk is borne by the customer. • We take photos before shipping. Upon receiving the cake, please unbox and inspect it immediately for "severe damage rendering it misshapen" or "thawing and spoilage." If there are any issues, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible for further assistance. • For delivery-related instructions, you can add remarks when ordering, and we will include them on the delivery slip to remind the driver. • During peak delivery periods (e.g., Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Double 11), Black Cat cannot guarantee next-day delivery. Please order in advance and schedule delivery 2-3 days before the celebration to avoid missing the date. • Due to high shipping volumes during peak periods, delivery quality may be unstable. We strongly advise scheduling delivery in advance to avoid these periods. We are not responsible for any damage to cakes delivered during Black Cat's announced peak periods. Please consider carefully before ordering. • While delivery dates can be specified, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances during transit, such as the recipient being unreachable, no one available to receive the package at the delivery address (personal reasons), or force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, natural disasters). • If ordering two or more cakes to be shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders. 【Delivery Date Recommendations and Regulations】 • It is best to schedule delivery 1-2 days before the celebration date. This allows buffer time in case of unforeseen delivery delays. • If you need to send a cake to a location like a B&B, hotel, or restaurant for a celebration, please arrange for delivery to the venue in advance. Have the venue staff receive and store it properly to avoid non-delivery on the day. • If the cake is not delivered on the specified date and time, please contact Black Cat customer service or us before 17:00 on that day. We will investigate and clarify the issue. Failure to do so may result in delays until the next business day, as Black Cat's service centers close in the evening. We are not responsible for issues reported after this time. • If the recipient needs to be contacted by phone upon arrival, please inform us. We will add a note to the delivery slip to remind the driver, preventing them from leaving if no one is available at the address. • If you are unsure if someone will be available to receive the delivery or if the recipient can be reached by phone, we recommend picking up the package yourself from the local Black Cat service center during operating hours.
