Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These marks are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, the leather may also acquire minor indentations or scratches. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, we consider these within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Every step is done by hand. The finished product cannot be compared to machine-produced perfect items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, different batches, and varying storage times can lead to discrepancies in leather color. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order based on your customization. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," in the order notes. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed).
