▶ Ticketing Policy
1. Upon placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving content.
3. Your reservation is complete only after a staff member from the experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Preparation of materials begins after order confirmation and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides an official receipt; if you require a company receipt with a unified invoice number, please provide the company name and number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
