Thank you very much. 🔔 About Color Differences Screen colors and print colors differ due to variations in color gamuts. ★ Screen colors use RGB → displayed on a luminous screen, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors use CMYK → ink cannot reproduce certain exceptionally bright colors. The printed product will appear slightly less saturated than the screen colors, so a color difference between the product and the on-screen artwork is normal. The color difference in printed output cannot be standardized based on the customer's screen. Different paper types, ink batches, and the ambient humidity on the day of printing can all affect the color rendition of the product. If you have precise color requirements, please consider this carefully before ordering. 🔔 Custom products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. If an order is not picked up, costs may be recovered in accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act." According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers in distance selling or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving the goods or services by returning the goods or by written notice, without needing to provide a reason or bear any fees or considerations. The proviso in the same paragraph states that this does not apply to reasonable exceptions in distance selling. The Executive Yuan announced the "Guidelines for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, which took effect on January 1, 2016. Article 2, Item 2 of these guidelines explicitly states that "customized goods or services provided according to consumer requests" are excluded from the right to cancel the contract within seven days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.
