The item is still within the 7-day appreciation period
Non-normal try-on, creases or dirt from use, or processed or lasted toe caps on the product, including sole wear will not be returned
The product is in a new state and all packaging and accessories are intact (including shoe boxes, tags, gifts, accessories, internal and external packaging bags, event gifts, etc.)
Returned items will not be returned if they are not properly packaged and the shoe box is damaged/dirty
For orders with free shipping or purchases made during free shipping activities in the museum, the refund fee will be deducted from the original shipping fee for free shipping.
