・For online video classes, after successful registration, the instructor will send you a video conference invitation link before the class begins.
・Please download the teaching software before the class starts and ensure a stable internet connection.
・For online video classes, the teaching content is not compromised. We will mail you a material kit before the class begins.
・Please log in on time at the agreed-upon time. Feel free to ask any questions; the instructor will answer them for you. Learn with peace of mind without direct contact!
**| How to Receive Your Material Kit |**
・Delivery or Convenience Store Pickup: It will be sent to the default shipping address you provided on the registration form or within the Pinkoi system. Please confirm your shipping address is correct!
・The preparation time for the experience kit materials is approximately 7 days. Due to recent uncertainties related to the pandemic, the delivery time will be subject to actual logistics arrangements.
・The experience price includes the shipping fee for the material kit.
**| Important Notes |**
・After paying the tuition fee, please contact us to schedule your class date. (If you need to change the class date, please inform us at least 5 days before the event. Date changes are limited to one instance.)
・Refunds can be requested up to seven days before the class starts. Refunds will be subject to deductions for purchased teaching materials and supplies, as well as bank transfer fees. Please take note.
・No refunds will be issued for any reason after the course begins. Please consider carefully before registering.
