Rabbito X Blackcred Limited Edition Collaboration: Cyanotype Rabbit Hong Kong Tram Notebook

Blackcred has partnered with illustration brand Rabbito for this collaboration. Rabbito is a rabbit-themed brand that aims to connect people through its charming, slightly mischievous rabbits, presented in various forms. The brand's driving force is to warm hearts with these endearing characters. This collection is inspired by photographs taken by Blackcred, reinterpreted by Rabbito with their signature adorable art style, and finally rendered using the cyanotype technique. Cyanotype is an old photographic printing process that uses photosensitive liquid, sunlight, and water to develop images. From capture to development, every step is handcrafted. The subjects primarily feature vintage Hong Kong architecture. Details in the cyanotype process tend to fade, giving each piece a unique, hand-painted blue hue reminiscent of historical buildings. Both the inner pages and the cover are handmade. The inner pages are meticulously hand-stitched with thread, allowing the notebook to lie flat when open. The cover is created by developing the cyanotype prints, which are then cut and fashioned into a protective sleeve. This design ensures that the inner pages can be easily replaced once filled. Many people hesitate to use beautiful notebooks, but my hope is that those who purchase these will feel inspired to use them freely. Beyond commerce, I aim to connect with customers through these notebooks, allowing them to express their thoughts and feelings.
