Unclaimed Packages: Malicious refusal of custom-made orders may result in civil liability, and the seller will pursue legal action. Custom-made items are exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period under consumer protection laws and cannot be returned. 3. After-Sales Service: Upon receiving your order, please record the unboxing process on video. Any issues reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be addressed. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, a refund of 70% of the original price will be issued (30% covers material and labor costs).
