For custom color combinations, please note your preference in the order. 3. **Edge Finishing:** Handcrafted leather goods involve flattening, burnishing, and polishing the edges for a refined silhouette. 4. **Engraving:** We use traditional copper mold engraving, not laser etching. Our copper molds have a fixed size, accommodating a maximum of 12 characters (including numbers and symbols). Please understand this limitation. 5. **Color Customization:** We accept custom color and two-tone combinations. Top-grain cowhide has limited water and stain resistance. The leather for material kits has been treated with protective oil; normal use is fine. For prolonged storage, reapply protective oil and allow it to dry completely before storing. 4. **Shipping Information:** All items are made to order after payment is confirmed.
