1. Why do surfboards squeak?
Answer: It is normal for the new board to produce squeaking noise due to friction between the PU and the bridge when it is in use. Applying some professional grease at the joint of the PU and the bracket can reduce the squeaking noise.
2. Why didn't all four wheels touch the ground at the same time?
Answer: The tightness of the front and rear brackets of the new board may be different, and it needs to be adjusted according to personal adaptation. Stand on the surfboard with both feet, shoulders parallel to the surfboard, and press on the skateboard front and back to solve this problem. While pressing, if you feel that the board is too flexible, you can tighten the nuts on the bracket bridge.
3.Why is the wheel idling time so short?
Answer: First check whether the nut on the outside of the wheel is too tight, causing the bearing to be stuck and unable to rotate smoothly. The first new skateboard bearings need a few days of running-in period to achieve better results.
4. The board stand got scratched and the paint peeled off after just one use?
Answer: The surfboard is a consumable. Whether it is gliding or doing some tricks, it will cause friction with the ground or props. So as long as you play with a surfboard, these wear and tear are inevitable, but it will not affect normal use.
About surfing skateboard:
1. Bumps and bumps are inevitable when playing with the board. Wear and tear is normal and is not a quality issue. Because the surfboard is assembled manually, there may be slight friction and paint loss during the assembly process. This is normal and please forgive me.
2. After receiving the goods, if you are not satisfied, please do not use it. No refund or exchange will be given if it affects the secondary sale. Please be aware of this.

Shopping Tips:
1. When a surfing skateboard is exposed to water and moisture, the screws will rust and the board will deform. This is due to the special properties of the product and is a normal phenomenon. It is not a quality issue. Please be careful if you mind.
2. When maintaining the surfboard, please do not expose it to water or store it in a humid place to prevent the board from losing its elasticity and the bearings from rusting.
3. Surfboards are consumables. Whether sliding or moving, they will cause friction and collision with the ground. The resulting wear and tear is inevitable and normal.
4. There will be some noise when you step on the pedal front or back. This is the sound made by the front axle bracket rubbing against the bridge. It is normal. Adding a little lubricating oil or Wax block on the PU and the bracket can reduce the noise.
5. Before gliding, check whether the speed of the four wheels is consistent. If any wheel rotates slowly or stops suddenly, you can use a T-shaped tool to rotate the screws on the wheel counterclockwise to make it smooth.
About color difference and size error:
1. Due to different lighting and display configurations, and different personal understanding of color, color difference is difficult to avoid. The actual product shall prevail.

Please contact customer service and take photos of the goods, packaging, accessories, instructions, etc. before returning or exchanging goods. Make sure they are brand new and confirm with the customer before further processing the return or exchange. If the goods, packaging, accessories or instructions are missing or damaged, which affects the secondary sale, no returns or exchanges can be processed.
2. Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances
(1) Goods cannot be returned if they have been stepped on, bumped, scratched, or have a damaged appearance, or if they have been used, have been modified, or have had their tags cut.
(2) For returns or exchanges, the original packaging (carton, inflatable foam, filler) must be carefully packed and sent back. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed if the packaging is damaged during logistics.
