【Digital】Welding Project Plans Drawings Rose of Wind (DXF, PDF)

Ask any questions, I will answer them all. This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited. The Rose of Wind involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The weight of the Rose of Wind is about 1,43 kg. There are 5 parts in total. The design documentation includes 4 pages, 2 of which are bending drawings. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (2 pcs.), Drawings (4 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 43х500х500. The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities. 3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
