Slight unevenness from soldering is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones are natural, meaning each will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All pearls are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All products (excluding custom-made items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
