It is recommended to do the first extraction at 92°C, which perfectly releases the elegant aroma and fruit. The flavor is slightly raised by 93~94°C in the middle section to pull out the deep caramel honey feeling, which adds to the overall thickness and mellowness, and the temperature in the tail section is cooled down by 70°C. This method can reduce the bitterness and keep the sweetness undisturbed.
