Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks are generally made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced jewelry. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, there are no allergy concerns. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing the earrings, it may be due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual physiology (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Earring allergies can have multiple causes, and the earring hook material is rarely the sole factor. We recommend getting an "allergen screening" at a hospital for a definitive diagnosis and to protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings with no customer reports of allergic reactions. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate designs using acrylic. Our pieces are handmade. To complement Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic lifestyle waterproofing, protecting against humidity, rain, and sweat. However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does shipping take after ordering? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays as we attend markets. Since we participate in markets and events, and postal services do not operate on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
