The works of Xiao Ping Ping Tao Fang do not pursue mass production. Each creation has a unique design. The pure hand-kneading or drawing process gives life to the work. Each work is unique. The works in the Taofang are all created by us as husband and wife, so they are signed "Ping" or "Sail". Some works are signed "Little Ordinary Taofang", which is unique!!

**1. What is the origin of the work?**
We mostly use American soil, Japanese soil, and Taiwan Miaoli soil for our creations.

**2. What is the wood-fired process?**
American soil, Japanese soil, and Miaoli soil are kneaded in different proportions. The production process is purely hand-kneading (not a drawing machine) and slowly formed. After the basic shape, the lines of the embryo body are trimmed, and then polished to complete the preliminary embryo.
After entering the kiln, the firewood of natural longan wood and acacia wood is burned continuously for five days and four nights. The temperature rises to more than 1,200 degrees. During this period, the natural ash will adhere to the work, forming a special ash glaze. ; At the same time, the fire patterns in the kiln will also flow between the works, forming beautiful orange-red or blue-purple fire pattern traces.
After five days and four nights of falling ash and fire patterns, it still takes a week of cooling before the beautiful appearance of a piece of work can be achieved! Every piece is unique! The high-temperature firing using traditional wood-fired methods gives the product a far-infrared effect, making it perfect for making tea!

**3. What should VIPs pay attention to?**
A. After receiving the work, please use a pot to boil the water, then put the work into the boiled water and continue boiling for five minutes. This releases impurities from the wood-burning process, making the work purer. After the water temperature drops, you can safely take out the work and use it.
B. Do not heat the work directly on an open flame (such as a gas stove) to avoid cracking. Please use caution.
C. If you purchase a wood-fired teapot or cup, know that they have capillary pores and far-infrared rays. These properties can soften the tea water and remove impurities, making the tea soup sweeter. Enjoy your tea time!
D. For wood-burning tea warehouses, it also has the characteristics of capillary pores and far-infrared rays. It can help transform tea leaves and make the aroma of tea more intense.
E. The color of the work may be slightly different due to the photography light source. We have tried our best to capture the actual color of the work. Many customers said that the actual products they received were more beautiful than the photos~~
F. The work is purely handmade and will definitely leave traces of the texture. The work may also have slight gaps due to the firing process, uneven edges or slight production scratches. This is normal and can be used normally. Thank you. Please understand that!

- In the process of kneading the tea bowl purely by hand, I always pay attention to the adjustment of the shape of the vessel, looking for the simple beauty from asymmetry and imbalance. The small black spots, fallen ash and even some gold color given by the kiln god are hard to find. The elusive beauty is always so rich and wonderful!
