We specially select Taiwan’s unique black leaves and cinnamon-flavored lychees for the wine-making experience
The black leaves have the most original and rich lychee aroma, while the cinnamon flavor has a special osmanthus aroma, which is very suitable for making wine!!
Lychees were so rare more than 200 years ago that even the emperors were worried about how to distribute the tribute lychees. Poets also described many lychee-related poems, allowing us to step back in time and experience the lychee customs at that time.
Learn the brewing process and simple bartending in class, listen to the teacher talk about the industrial culture and ancient stories of lychee, and drink lychee wine together

Course content:
-Enjoy on-site tasting of lychee wine and lychee cocktails
-Introducing the industrial history, small farmers and planting environment of Taiwan's black leaf and cinnamon lychees
-Learn the knowledge and skills of brewing lychee wine and experience the production process with your own hands
-Lychee culture and ancient stories
-Write the wine label by hand and paste it on it to complete a bottle of 1000ml lychee wine
