Given the limited capacity of Moonset House jars, it is recommended to confirm the actual quantity and size after the pet has passed before deciding on the jar size. Q2: What if I'm unsure about the amount of ashes? The safest approach is to first ask your chosen funeral service if they can provide a temporary paper container. After cremation or aquatic cremation, confirm the weight of the ashes or the dimensions of the bones, then select the size, and transfer them once you receive the jar. (**Special Reminder: For pets weighing over 20 kg, if they are slender, the amount of ashes might be more than expected. Approximately 10% of cases involve pets that are lighter in weight but yield heavier ashes. In such situations, it is advisable to choose a larger size jar for peace of mind.**) Q3: What if the ashes or bones don't fit after receiving the jar? • Reason 1: Sometimes, due to a pet being slender, the proportion of bones may be heavier, leading to a fitting issue. • Reason 2: The moisture-proof bag or desiccant takes up space.
