After each rolling and folding, it must be refrigerated until thoroughly relaxed. This process is repeated six times with a three-fold technique, culminating in the creation of 730 layers of our signature pastry. Carefully shaped and sprinkled with alluring sugar crystals, each piece is then baked at a high temperature of 250°C to achieve perfect puffiness.
