Gently slide the cuff onto the thinner upper part of your ear and move it downwards. If it doesn't fit easily, slightly widen the opening. 2. Once you've slid it to your desired position, gently tug it to ensure it's secure. If it feels loose, gradually narrow the opening to adjust the fit. 3. Once adjusted to your perfect fit, you can leave it at that size for easy on and off. There's no need to readjust the opening each time you wear it.
